What’s it all about?

EFT is at the heart of my ‘Curb Your Chocolate Cravings’ programme to get you to where you want to be.

It’s an online video course. Six modules containing one – two 20 – 30 minutes each, delivered three modules per week for two weeks.

Yes, there’s a bit of effort involved but that’s like anything in life. Do nothing and what’s going to change?

You will notice the difference (on your hips and in your pocket).

You will feel calmer, less stressed and less anxious. You will (probably) sleep better too.

Meaning you can keep making great progress with your healthy eating plan and weight loss goals, with more ease than you ever imagined possible.  And, before you know it you’re fitting into the clothes you love with ease.

What’s included?

Module 1

The focus of this module is about setting you up for the best success. It’s safe to say that Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a strange looking technique that many people feel self-conscious about trying out for fear of looking ridiculous. This video has been designed to support you reduce any conscious or subconscious resistance you may have about using EFT or it working to support you curb your chocolate cravings.

Module 2

The topic for this module is also resistance; this time the focus is on resistance you may have about reducing the amount of chocolate you eat. This is a really important step as the subconscious mind is highly likely to try protecting you from the changes you will make in modules 3 and 4.  Therefore this vital module will lay the solid foundation to you having control over how much chocolate you eat.

Module 3

This module is the first part of the jigsaw that puts you firmly in control of chocolate cravings.  By the end of this module you will have the skills, language and confidence needed to eradicate cravings for chocolate products that arise from seeing and smelling it.  2 of the main triggers of chocolate cravings because it looks and smells so irresistible!

Module 4

This focus of this module is about the sensations and feelings you experience around the tastes and textures you find so enticing about chocolate that has you going back for more.  By the end of this module you’ll have further increased your confidence and abilities to eradicate cravings for chocolate products that arise from the tastes and textures. This is the beginning of a new story where you rewrite you’re future relationship with chocolate.

Module 5

Most of us have food pushers in our circle or family, friends and colleague who can be extremely difficult to say ‘No’ to.  In this module we’ll explore the role they play in how much chocolate you eat and where this originated.  By the end of this module you be able to politely and confidently say “No” to food pushers with love.

Module 6

This module is the final piece of the curbing chocolate cravings puzzle, where you’ll learn how to beat those cravings as they come into your consciousness.  It could be a tiny, little hankering or a surge of overwhelming desire; either way this is the final piece that puts YOU in control.

How It Works

Modules 1, 2  and 3 will be released to you immediately

Modules 4, 5 and 6 will be released 7 days later

All you need to do is schedule time each week to watch and participate with each module

Still Have Questions?

I've never used EFT before, how will I know what to do?

All of the videos are tap-along where you’ll watch and follow my instructions; easy-peasy. In the meantime, if you want to understand more about EFT and how it works then please feel free to go take a look at the 3 videos I created about it you can find here.  There’s a tap-along with me about half way down the page.  

How will I know that EFT is working?

Here are a few things to look out for:

  1. During and after tapping you may yawn, burp, laugh or trump. Sometimes people feel tired and sleepy after tapping, whereas others get a burst of energy.
  2. Your cravings for chocolate will reduce.
  3. You’ll be eating less chocolate.
  4. You’re taste preference might change, meaning there are certain products you no longer like the taste of.
  5. And over time, with regular  tapping, you should  feel your stress and anxiety levels reduce and experience an increase in calmness and positivity.

What if there's one type of chocolate I don't want to give up?

It’s completely up to you which specific chocolate items you decide to target EFT at.  Although it’s worth mentioning that tapping can be very powerful and may inadvertently alter all of your preference around chocolate. Myself and all of the clients and family members that I’ve shared EFT with all still enjoy eating chocolate; they simply eat significantly less than before as its just food without the emotional connections and drivers.

Why is the cost so affordable?

the main reason is that I want to be able to support more woman achieve their health goals more easily, so I’ll soon be launching a 8 week online programme, which chocolate cravings will be one small aspect of.  I’m offering this specific module about chocolate cravings from that programme here, because in working with clients 1-2-1 I know that chocolate cravings are the biggest Achilles heel for most of them.  I also know that EFT is THE best tool I know of in curbing them.

Is it really only £45? Are there any hidden costs?

Yes, it really is only £45 with no hidden cost and lifetime access for that price too.

How much work do I have to do?

That’s up to you, as much or as little as you like. I would suggest working methodically through the videos at a pace that suits your routine and motivation to bring about the changes you desire And, for those who seek long-term result I would strongly urge you to build at least 10 minutes of EFT into your daily routine.
